一、Abandonment and Instability(ai)遗弃/不稳定

1.I am fearful that people I love will die or leave me.
我害怕我爱的人会死去或离开我。

2.I get clingy with people when I feel that they are going to leave me.
当我感到某人将离开我时我会紧紧黏住他/她。"

3.My support system feels unstable.
我的支持系统感觉不稳固。

4.I find myself falling in love with people who aren't capable of or willing to commit to me.
我发现自己会爱上不能或不愿意对我承诺的人

5.People have always moved in and out of my life.
人们一直在我的生活中进进出出。

6.When someone I love pulls away,I feel desperate.

7.My obsession with the idea that my lovers will leave me drives them away.

8.The people I have the closest relationships with are unpredictable.Sometime they are there for me,and sometimes they are not.

二、Mistrust Abuse(ma)不信任/虐待

1.I have the expectation that people will hurt me or use me.
我觉得人们会伤害我或利用我。

2.People close to me have consistently abused me.
我身边的人一直虐待我。

3.I know that it is only a matter of time before the people who are important in my life will betray me.
我知道我生命中重要的人早晚会离开我.

4.I must protect myself and be on guard.
我必须保护自己、保持警惕。

5.People will take advantage of me if I am not careful.
人们会利用我,如果我不小心的话。

6.I regularly set up tests for people to determine whether they are really on my side.
我经常测试人们来判断他们是否真的站在我这边。

7.I tend to hurt others before they can hurt me.
我倾向于在别人伤害我之前先伤害他们。

8.I fear that people will hurt me if I allow them to get close to me.

三、Emotional Deprivation(ed)情感剥夺

1.I don't get as much love as I need.

四、Defectiveness and Shame(ds)缺陷/羞耻

1.If others realy knew me they couldn't love me.
如果他人真的了解我的话就不会爱我了。

2.Because I am inherently flawed and defective,I am not worthy of love.
因为我天生是有缺陷的和不完美的,所以我不值得被爱。

3.I have secrets that I will not share even with the people closest to me.
我不会与甚至是最亲近我的人分享我的秘密。

4.I am to blame for my parents being unable to love me.
我责备父母不能爱我。

5.I present a false self that hides the real me because the real me is unacceptable.
我用虚假的自我来掩藏真是的我,因为我那真实的我是不可接受的。

6.I tend to be drawn to people who are critical and rejecting of me.
我会被挑剔、拒绝我的人吸引。

7.I tend to be critical and rejecting of others,especially those who seem to love me.
我倾向挑剔和拒绝他人,尤其那些看上去爱我的人。

8.I tend to devalue my positive qualities.
我倾向于贬低我的优点。

9.I feel a lot of shame about myself.

10.Exposure of my faults is one of my greatest fears.

五、Social Isolation and Alienation(si)社会孤立/羞耻

1.I feel very awkward in social situations.

六、Dependence and Incompetence(de)依赖/无能力

1.I feel less like an adult and more like a child when it comes to dealing with responsibilities of daily life.
在每天处理责任中,我觉得我不像个成人而更像个孩子。

2.I do not have the capability to get by on my own.
我觉得我没能力独立。

3.I do not cope well by myself.
我觉得我无法靠自己处理好事情。

4.Other people are better at taking care of me than I am at taking care of myself.

5.If I don't have someone to guide me ,I have trouble tackling new tasks.

七、Failure(fa)失败

1.I feel that I am less competent than other people.
我觉得我比其他人更不胜任。

2.I feel like a failure when it comes to achievement.
谈到成就我觉得我像个失败者。

3.I feel like most people my age are more successful in their work than I am.
我觉得同龄的大多数人在他们的工作上都比我成功。

4.I was a failure as a student.
在学生时我是个失败者。

5.I feel like I am the least intellligent person in my group.
我觉得在我的群体里我是个最不聪明的人。

6.I feel humiliated by my failures in the area of work.
在工作领域我为我的失败而感到屈辱。

7.I feel that I do not measure up in terms of my accomplishments,and it makes me feel embarrassed around other people.
从我的成就上来看我是个不合格的,这让我在他人周围感到尴尬。

8.I feel that people believe that I am more competent than I really am.

9.I feel that I don't possess any special talents that really count in life.

八、Entitlement(en)权利

1."No"is an answer that I have trouble accepting.
我难以接受“不”的回答。

2.When I don't get what I want,I get angry.
当我不能得到我想要的,我会变得生气。

3.I am special and should not have to accept or be held to normal restrictions.
我是与众不同的,不必接受或执行正常的限制。

44.I always put my needs first.
我总是把我的需求放到第一位。

5.I have a very difficult time getting myselft to stop drinking,smoking, overeating, engaging in other problematic behaviors.
我难以让自己停止饮酒、吸烟、吃得过多、参与其他有问题的行为。

6.I lack discipline when it comes to completing routine or boring tasks.

九、Subjugation(su)屈从

1.I let other people control me and my life.
我让别人控制我和我的生活。

2.I worry that if don't fulfill the wishes of others,they will get angy,retaliate, or reject me.
我担心如果我不满足他人的愿望,他们会生气、报复,或拒绝我。

3.The major decisions in my life are not in my control.

4.I have difficulty demanding that other people respect my rights.

十、Unrelenting Standards and Hypercriticalness(us)苛刻标准/吹毛求疵

1.I do not accept second best.I must be the best at most of what I do.
我不接受第二好。我必须是最好的,在我所做的大多数方面。

2.I feel like nothing I do is ever quite good
我觉得没有一件我做的事是足够好的。

3.I strive to keep everything in perfect order.
我努力让每件事井井有条。

4.I need to look my best at all times.
我需要看到我一直是最好的。

5.I don't have time to relax because I have so much to accomplish.
我没有时间放松因为我有如此多的事要做。

6.I push myself so hard that my personal relationships suffer.
我让自己如此努力以至于影响了我的个人关系。

7.I put myself under so much pressure that my health suffers.

8.When I make a mistake,I deserve strong criticism.

计算方法:每个图式下面10题得分相加

10-19:非常低。这个图式可能不适用于你

20-29:相当低。这个图式可能偶尔适用于你。

30-39:中等。这个图式在你的生活中是个问题。

40-49:高。很清楚这对你来说是个重要的图式。

50-59:非常高。这很显然是你的核心图式之一。
