[摘 要] 在过去的几十年里,有关职业倦怠的研究迅速发展,已成心理学研究者关注的热点问题。心理咨询师作为典型的人际工作者,对职业倦怠存在易感性。本文主要介绍了职业倦怠的定义、相关概念的区分、职业倦怠的测量、理论模式、发展阶段及症状;心理咨询师职业倦怠的发生率、相关影响因素、不良影响、易感因素、干预及预防策略,最后是对该领域研究的总结分析和展望。本文的主要目的是促进心理咨询师对职业倦怠基本情况的了解,并掌握一些应对策略,从而能更好的预防和摆脱由职业倦怠而引起的问题。

Influencing factors and intervention strategies of psychological consultant job burnout
[Abstract] In the past few decades, rapid development of research on job burnout has become the hot issue among psychological researchers. This paper mainly on introducing the definition of burnout , the relevant distinction between the concept, the measurement of burnout, the theoretical model of stages of development and manifestations, psychological counselor burnout, the incidence of adverse effects, related factors, symptom characteristics, risk factors, intervention and prevention strategies and the summary and the outlook of research in the field through the comprehensive study of all kinds of related research achievements.The main purpose of this paper is to promote a counselor's basic understanding on job burnout and master some coping strategies, so that they can better prevent and get rid of the problems caused by the burnout.
